It is conveniently located near popular attractions, shopping centres, bakeries and restaurants. the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making me feel comfortable and at home. the rooms were very clean, and the comfortable mattress ensured I had a good night's sleep.
The bathroom could use some improvements, especially regarding the water flow from the taps, and removing waterlogging from the floors.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and fruit in the room. The location was perfect, close to a great restaurant and with easy access to the botanical gardens and other attractions. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with information about the area.
The Wi-Fi was only available in the common area and didn't work very well. It would have been nice to have Wi-Fi in the room.

The hotel had a good location and was close to many great restaurants and cafes. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas stay enjoyable. We were pleased with the fruit platter we received daily and the comfortable bed was a bonus.
The price we paid for basic facilities and amenities was not worth it. the shower was almost unusable and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for check-in.

I had a wonderful stay with great service from the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
